Do you offer same-day deliveries?
Yes, we do offer same-day deliveries. Additional charges may apply for rush-order deliveries depending on amount of notice given, and flower choices are subject to availability and may differ slightly from the pictured website arrangements. Please contact us directly at the shop for inquiries about rush orders.
Is it possible to have an arrangement delivered to another city or country?
Absolutely! Graham & Lane Florists are proudly partnered with many independent florists throughout Canada and around the world. Additional charges apply to wire orders - please contact us directly at the shop either by phone or email to inquire.
What is the delivery procedure?
In order to protect our clients & staff during COVID-19, our delivery drivers are currently practicing contactless deliveries. We will call the recipient prior to their delivery to arrange the ideal date, time and location for delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will either call the recipient or ring the door bell to alert them of their delivery.
When placing an order online:
Do I need to provide a phone number for the recipient?
Yes, as part of our delivery procedure we require a phone number for the recipient of the flowers to arrange the best time and place for the delivery.
Should I provide my own email address or the email address of the recipient?
Please provide your own email when prompted as the order confirmation and receipt will be forwarded to this address.
How do I care for my arrangement/plant?
Cut floral arrangements are low-maintenance and only need to be topped up with water whenever the water level begins to run low, or if the water completely if it becomes murky or dirty it should be replaced with clean water. We recommend replacing the water daily to provide the best results for long-lasting flowers. If your arrangement has a brick of green floral foam, we would recommend refilling it by placing it in a sink or tub and running the tap until the water spills over the edge.
For our various potted houseplants, care instructions differ depending on the plant. We do our best to provide general care instructions in-store, but if you would like more detailed information (on topics such as latin names, pest control, and health concerns) please contact us and we will provide you with any help we can.
